foodpanda Strengthens Collaborations at CRAVE Awards 2025 in Cebu

Cebu City, Philippines — Building on the success of its Davao celebration, foodpanda brought the excitement to the Queen City of the South with the CRAVE Partner Summit & Awards 2025, held at the Waterfront Hotel on September 22.

CRAVE, which stands for Celebrating Relationships & Advancing Valuable Experiences, gathered Cebu’s leading restaurant and retail partners for a night dedicated to appreciation and collaboration.

Following its kickoff in Davao, the Cebu leg marked the second stop in the nationwide CRAVE series, highlighting foodpanda’s commitment to strengthening partnerships and acknowledging shared achievements. The Pink Gala theme returned this time, infused with Cebuano charm, emphasizing Cebu’s importance as a city rich in heritage, innovation, and culinary excellence.

Matt Cire Blanco, owner of Got Tea? Crafted Milk Tea, reflects on their business journey and how their partnership with foodpanda has supported their growth.

Entrepreneurs, partner brands, and community leaders from Cebu and nearby provinces came together to celebrate their shared journey with foodpanda. Representatives from well-loved local restaurants Got Tea and Jafar took the stage to share how their partnership with foodpanda has driven their growth, allowing them to reach a wider customer base and strengthen their foothold in Cebu’s competitive food industry.

Richard Joseph C. Li, Chief Operating Officer of Jafar’s, shared how their collaboration with foodpanda has been a game-changer for their business.

As part of CRAVE’s mission to deliver meaningful experiences, foodpanda also highlighted key initiatives designed to support the growth of its partners. One notable program is foodpanda Capital, a financing solution launched in collaboration with GoTyme Bank. Acknowledging that limited access to funding is a major hurdle for small businesses, the program offers partner vendors easy application processes, no collateral requirements, and clear, fair terms. With repayment options tailored to seasonal business trends, foodpanda Capital helps MSMEs scale their operations, manage cash flow effectively, and boost their market presence.

The event also featured cultural performances, live entertainment, and networking sessions, all building up to the evening’s main highlight: the CRAVE Awards.
